LTS SQUID technology (design rules)

Our standard SQUID foundry technology which is used for all LTS SQUID sensors.

Process for LTS SQUID: For special applications SQUIDs can be fabricated, using a ISO9001:2000 certified niobium standard process.

Availability: SQUID Sensors and Electronics are comercially available from the Supracon AG.

RSFQ –process (design rules)

Our standard RSFQ foundry technology which is used for RSFQ devices.

Process for RSFQ circuits: For special applications RSFQ circuits can be fabricated, using a ISO9001:2000 certified standard process.

Availability: The RSFQ process runs including design and fabrication are available from the FLUXONICS Foundry.
