Optical materials

Starting from bulk material absorption measurements some years ago, we consequently extended and adapted our various methods for a more and more comprehensive characterization of complete optical components without the requirement for special time-consuming and costly sample preparation. This includes the separation of bulk and coating properties of one single optical component (e.g. a laser mirror or window).
