From railway station “Jena-Paradies” (North-South-connection) appr. 5 min. walk to the city center.
Take the bus number 10, 13 or 40 from station “Teichgraben” direction Burgau oder Winzerla.
Step off at station “Beutenberg Campus” and follow the signs.
From railway station “Westbahnhof” (East-West- connection) appr. 1 min. walk to the bus station ”Magdelstieg”, than take the same bus connection.

By Car

Motorway A4 until exit “Jena-Göschwitz”. Follow the federal road B 88 into town, turn left in direction Winzerla, and follow the Winzerlaer Strasse and the follow the signs immer “Fachhochschule – Beutenberg Campus” . On the left side you see the Fraunhofer-Institute IOF. Take slip road Beutenberg Campus and from then on the IPHT is sign-posted

By Airplane

From airport Halle/Leipzig take the motorway A9 southwards until motorway junction “Hermsdorfer Kreuz” and change to A4 towardsFrankfurt, leave this motoway diese at Jena-Göschwitz and continue like described in “By car”.
From airport Erfurt follow the A 4 towards Dresden until exit Jena-Göschwitz, continue like described in “By car”.
