Fields of work

We work on the following topics and provide these services:

High Resolution Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) 
X – Ray Microanalysis (EPMA: EDX, WDX) 
Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) 
X-Ray Diffractometry (XRD)  

The investigation of soft X-ray emission spectra is currently the main research field of interest. In detail these are the M-spectra of the rare earth elements as well as the N-spectra of heavy elements Z > 69.
