IPHT‘s Sensors Go to Mars

The rover, Curiosity, was launched from Cape Canaveral for Mars on November 26, 2011. Thermoelectric detectors from IPHT are on board the NASA mission. The Curiosity will analyze environmental conditions on Mars. IPHT’s sensors will measure the ground temperature in real time within a tenth of a kelvin from the GTS Boom platform.
